Springstone: We offer 6 and 12 month no interest plans and extended plans, up to 84 months, with interest rates ranging from 5.99% to 9.99% upon qualification.

Care Credit: We offer 6 months no interest and extended payment plans, up to 60 months, with APR of 14.9% upon qualification.

Chase Health Advance: We offer 3 and 6 month no interest plans and extended plans, up to 48 months, with APR ranging from 10% to 30% upon qualification.

Global: To help those having a tough time economically to obtain what they need now and then pay off later. This program requires NO credit check to qualify. To qualify you and/or your spouse must have a job with a combined monthly income of no less than twice the amount you plan to spend with our office. Proof of income is required. There is an additional $25 fee to use this service.
